The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25th May 2018 and require businesses to be more accountable for their handling of people’s personal information, and to allow people to access any personal data held by businesses.

We will be updating our Privacy Policy shortly, but in the meantime, we can assure all of our customers that the only personal data we hold are those that relate to purchases, eg your name, address, e-mail address, contact telephone number, what you bought and when.  That information is held only within our secure accounting system, provided by Kashflow (  We do not retain any electronic customer records elsewhere and your order details are deleted from this e-commerce platform as soon as the order is fully completed.

Furthermore, we don’t operate any e-mail marketing campaigns, and we will only contact you if it is necessary to discuss your purchase.  You don’t have to opt in to e-mail preferences, or opt out, because we will leave you alone.  Nor will we share what personal data we hold with any other person or organisation – it’s as simple as that.
