International Shipping Costs

I’ve just tweaked the Checkout page so that international customers can now see the shipping charge without having to enter full address details – just select the destination country in the drop down list under ‘Delivery Address’ and the delivery cost will be shown straight away at the bottom of the screen.

My view is that delivery costs should reflect actual costs, and that’s how I work here at Ammonite Audio.  Here are some typical shipping prices:

• Small Items –          £7.95 (+VAT for EU Countries)
• Cartridges –            £19.95 (+VAT for EU Countries)
• Jelco Tonearms –   £49.95 (+VAT for EU Countries)
• Larger Items –        Up to  £89.95 (+VAT for EU Countries)

For larger and expensive items we prefer to use UPS services, usually UPS Express 1-3 Day delivery.
