Our policy on holding stock in the webshop

Our policy is that, unless otherwise stated, all items shown in the shop are in stock, and available for immediate despatch.  Where an item is not presently in stock, it is clearly marked as ‘Out of Stock’.   ‘Available on Backorder’ usually means that we are either expecting new stock in shortly, or that the product in question is something that I can’t justify stocking all the time, but which we can usually get from the UK distributors within 2 days.  Where that is not the case, we’ll let you know straight away, and if you’re not happy we’ll refund you immediately.

So, our promise to you is that we are not simply an empty shop with a big catalogue – what you see is what you can actually buy; and where items are not immediately available, you know that is the case.   We are only  a phone call or e-mail away, so please get in touch if you wish to confirm that something is in stock, or to enquire about availability.
