Postal Services to the USA – Updated

Updated 5 September 2020  –  Standard post services to the United States are still less than ideal, so we are still shipping only via UPS/FedEx.  To soften the blow for our Stateside customers, we have now reduced the UPS/FedEx shipping charges for Ammonite Audio Technics SL-1200 armboards and Ammonite Audio Jelco collars.  How are we doing this?  We are simply absorbing the difference in costs, and hopefully the USPS situation will get better before long.

We have recently seen an unacceptable number of packages posted to customers in the United Sates being lost or significantly delayed by the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Until normal service is restored with the USPS, we will not ship any products to customers in the States using regular international post.  We are happy to use premium services from UPS and FedEx, so we ask our US customers to get in touch to ask about shipping options and prices.  Yes, the prices will be higher but you will get your order, and within 3 days.
