Ammonite Audio will match or beat any competitor’s price, on products that we stock in our shop, subject to the following conditions:
- The competitor must be UK-based and an authorised UK dealer for the product in question, selling goods sourced from the manufacturer’s authorised UK distributor.
- We will not price-match grey imports or OEM products, nor Amazon and eBay sellers.
- We will only price-match when the competitor holds actual stock for immediate delivery. So, we won’t match shops that show items for sale that are merely ‘available’ rather than ‘in stock’ – eg those that take your money and then leave you waiting days or weeks for your goods.
- We will take into account competitors’ shipping/delivery costs.
Apart from that, our price promise is straightforward and transparent.
