Ex-Demonstration Jelco SA-750E Tonearm, without an Improved Mounting Collar. If you wish to add one of our improved mounting collars and/or a spacer ring, please go back to the shop and add these items to the cart before checkout.
The Jelco SA-750E tonearm is a 10″ ‘S’ shaped arm that is deservedly popular, since it is well-engineered, easy to set up; and it’s a rather good, musical performer. It is suitable for virtually any cartridge, either Moving Magnet or Moving Coil, with the flexibility of a removable headshell. This Jelco SA-750E is supplied with the Jelco heavy counterweight, which some sellers sell separately at up to £65.
This is the Jelco tonearm that I favour myself – it provides much of the benefits of the 12″ arm, in terms of tracking linearity, but without the extra mass.
This particular arm has always been used with one of our own improved mounting collars and a nylon tipped grub screw, so it is pretty much unmarked and in perfect order.
